Elevating Student Futures

Our Story

At Elevating Student Futures (ESF), we believe every student and educator has unique strengths that, when nurtured, can transform classrooms, schools, and communities. Founded by Dr. Elizabeth Fitzmaurice, ESF was born out of a desire to support educators in creating equitable learning opportunities for all students, no matter their background or abilities.

With decades of experience in teaching, leadership, and system development, ESF brings a compassionate yet strategic approach to professional learning and coaching. Our mission is simple: empower educators to lead with confidence, preserve the dignity of all individuals, and build learning environments where every student can thrive.

Our Values

  • Dignity First – We honor the worth of every individual by fostering respect, inclusion, and equity.

  • Strengths-Based Growth – We believe in leveraging each person’s unique abilities to reach their full potential.

  • Collaboration & Trust – True progress happens when educators and leaders work together in supportive partnerships.

  • Practical Solutions – We focus on strategies that are research-based, actionable, and tailored to real classroom needs.

  • Sustainability – Our work is about building systems and practices that last long after the workshop ends.
